The Recipe Writer's Handbook is an all-inclusive manual for food professionals. The new, revised and expanded edition of this in-depth style book contains detailed guidelines on how to write recipes clearly and concisely. Also included are tips on troubleshooting recipes, and practical ideas to help writers develop their own styles.
The Recipe Writer's Handbook was named "Best in the World" (all language groups) in its category, "Best Book for Food Professionals," at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards ceremony in Sorges, France on December 6.
In October, The Recipe Writer's Handbook won a bronze in the "best softcover food book" category of the World Food Media Awards, announced in Adelaide during the Tasting Australia festivities.
